Service Description
I will meet you where you are and assist you in developing Self-Care rituals and routines that promote systemic regulation and stress reduction to create a sense of ease and embodied presence. Strategies include bottom-up brain-based approaches to nervous system regulation and vagal toning. We will explore and enhance your use of daily routine and engage in a combination of strategies which may include breath work, somatic calming techniques, yoga asana, mindfulness, meditation and grounding exercises. Personalized energy management and daily spiritual practice may also be explored. Individuals report a sense of openness or spaciousness following treatment. Benefits continue to unfold over the duration of the subsequent 24-72 hours following treatment and can include enhanced motivation, concentration, perspective/outlook, vitality, potency, productivity and access to guidance, including through Dreamscape during Sleep.
